A B O U T
I've spent my life following my dreams; I went around the World for 9 years and traveled to 30 countries. I love to inspire, and my heart loves to help, and helping others is what this is about. When I returned from traveling I went on a bike trip, spending 4 months living in a tent. The next year I did it for 6 months without a phone, books, music, or mirror; basic and simple. I discovered the power of simplicity and learned to appreciate the beauty of life and joy it gave me. This experience not only changed my life, but gave me the confidence to make a true difference in the lives of those around me. It has now been 11 years of living simple and in my tent every year. This has taught me to recognize the subtle Winks that life presents us with and how to use them to our advantage. These messages can serve as a compass to help us stay focused on our goal. They can motivate us to take action and follow our dreams. My methods are based on these principles taught to me by nature.

The Digital Detox: By living without technology for 11years, I have learned true peace and balance I've cultivated due to my simple lifestyle. By stepping away from the digital world, I have discovered a wealth of knowledge and life insights. I use this to share and help others reconnect with ourselves and the world around us. Meeting Stacey would change my life forever. In the most powerful and wonderful way. We met April 2014 in Vancouver and ever since we spent 3 days together she was with me in my heart and my mind. She taught me not to judge other people and also myself. Which is an ongoing process and really hard but I believe that's one big part of being happy. When I find myself in difficult times standing still, breathing and reflecting on the situation. If I don't get an answer I think about what would Stacey tell me now.
